A good, energetic start to the day! We offer a varying selection of porridge, berries, vegetables, eggs, bread, and yoghurt as well as beverages.

Lunch

Lunch is a buffet of nourishing and unprocessed home-style cooking. Lunch is made to suit the athletes’ diet. Eat as much as you need.

Dinner

Like lunch, our dinner is always uncomplicated, nutritious and pure, straight from Vaara’s own kitchen. Dinner is served at the time that suits you best.

Snacks

Blood sugar at the right level throughout the day – and your stomach suitably full in the evening! We serve a variety of snacks including yoghurt, muesli, pancakes and fresh fruit.
