Pricelist – Bed and breakfast

All prices include accommodation and breakfast, linen, towels, use of sauna, use of service facilities and equipment storage as well as use of the launderette and the drying room.

Meals:

• Dinner 15 €/person
• Take away snack 7,50 €/person

 

Terms of payment and cancellation

1. Terms of payment

An advance payment of 15% (always at least €50) of the total cost of the reservation is charged for groups upon reservation.

The reservation must be paid 14 days before arrival at the latest in a verifiable way.

 

2. Terms of cancellation for groups

Cancellation of the entire group

The entire group reservation can be cancelled 28 days before the booked time of accommodation without an additional charge. Should the number of group members be reduced by 50 percent due to cancellation, such partial cancellation of a group reservation is deemed a cancellation of the entire group.

Partial group cancellations

When the total number of group members who cancel their reservation is less than 50% of the original number of members, the cancellation is deemed a partial group cancellation.

 

Terms of cancellation

• A group reservation can be cancelled free of charge 28 days prior to the reserved arrival date, in which case we will charge an office fee of €17.
• For cancellation 27 to 21 days before the arrival date, we charge 15% of the total price of the cancelled nights and meals as a cancellation fee.
• For cancellation 20 to 15 days before the arrival date, we charge 25% of the total price of the cancelled nights and meals.
• For cancellation 14 to 8 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% of the total price of the cancelled nights and meals as a cancellation fee.
• For cancellation 8 or fewer days before the arrival date, we charge 100% of the total price of the cancelled nights and meals as a cancellation fee.

All cancellations, partial cancellations included, must be made in writing.

These terms are applied to all group reservations during high seasons, for example during national sports events (skiing competitions, orienteering competitions) held in municipality of Taivalkoski or near-by areas.

The remaining part of the reservation must be paid 28 days before arrival at the latest in a verifiable way.

Should the number of group members be reduced by 50 percent due to cancellation, such partial cancellation of a group reservation is deemed a cancellation of the entire group.

Partial group cancellations

When the total number of group members who cancel their reservation is less than 50% of the original number of members, the cancellation is deemed a partial group cancellation.

Terms of cancellation

A group reservation can be cancelled without additional costs 28 days prior to the reserved arrival date. The 15% deposit payment charged upon reservation will not be refunded.

For cancellation 28 or less days before the arrival date, we charge 100% of the total price of the cancelled nights and meals as a cancellation fee. For partial group cancellations, however, the group has the right to cancel 10% of the reserved accommodation and meal reservations seven (7) days before the arrival date without any additional cost.

All cancellations, partial cancellations included, must be made in writing.
